As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we would like to reassure you that Powell Industrial remains open for business across our 11 branches Australia wide.
We have been taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team members. We ask that you please note the following information regarding social distancing and hygiene measures, product availability and purchasing.
Social Distancing and Hygiene Measures
- Powell Industrial sales representatives will seek approval before visiting customer sites.
- Powell Industrial has increased cleaning and sanitation procedures at all its branches, as well as providing team members with best practices for helping reduce the spread of the virus.
We do not expect these steps will impact our ability to fulfil your needs as a Powell Industrial customer. However, should you experience any inconvenience as a result, we hope you will understand they were taken to help protect our customers, team members and our families.
We are fortunate to have experienced minimal impact on our product availability. At present we’re experiencing no serious interruptions to the product supply chain. And have a large national stock holding across all of our 11 branches.
The new Powell Industrial website is up and running and our ONLINE STORE is open for all Active 30-Day Account holders. Orders will be processed and shipped as per usual.
