    About the Role!

    We have an opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated team player with a focus on warehouse duties and workshop functions. Be willing to undertake on-the-job training to learn and grow or already possess skills across workshop operations in assembling hoses.  

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Picking, packing and despatching of goods
    • Receiving, unpacking and storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures
    • Use of forklifts/machinery to move goods
    • Ensure sufficient levels of stock are available, assisting with periodic stocktake checks and stock management to ensure shrinkage is kept within company KPI's
    • Assembly of both industrial and hydraulic hose
    • Manufacture and test hose assemblies in accordance with Australian Standards
    • Follow procedures required for workshop duties - work orders, schedules-registers-HMP-fitting-cleaning
    • Become familiar with and to have strong working knowledge of our hose management program (HMP)
    • Assist with the maintenance and presentation of the workshop and warehouse and to ensure it is kept clean, tidy and stocked in accordance with Company guidelines
    • This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling of industrial & hydraulic hoses and fittings for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures

    About You - Skills, Experience and Qualifications!

    • Experience in the Industrial Hose and Hydraulics or similar background preferred
    • A demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn a broad range of technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High attention to detail and solid organisation skills
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Current drivers’ licence and own reliable transport
    • Current Forklift Ticket required
    • Demonstrated high quality service delivery
    • Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing standards
    • Fit and energetic due to the physical requirements of this position such as picking, packing and handling hoses and pipe fittings
    • Participate as a willing and productive member of the team
    • Good computer skills
    • Commitment to improving product knowledge and other skills in the industry

    About the Role!

    We are seeking an energetic Customer Service / Warehouse person with a primary focus on customer service both on the trade counter, over the phone and in the warehouse.    

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner
    • Contribute to the customer service team by assisting other sales staff and counter sales
    • Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system in a timely manner
    • Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale; identify reason for credit and rectify problems to eliminate future credits
    • Assist with periodic stock checks to ensure shrinkage is kept within company KPI's
    • Ensuring sufficient levels of stock are available and advise purchasing department of stock requirements
    • Become familiar with and to have strong working knowledge of our hose management program (HMP)

You are expected to be capable of working with a variety of staff so good communication skills are necessary.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming goods
    • Picking, packing and despatch of goods
    • Completion of associated paperwork
